I have a 65g tank. The current inhabitants are:
12 red-tailed rasbora
1 RTBS
6 serpae tetra
5 bleeding hearts
6 zebra loaches
I would like to get something to control the algae and was thinking of a Bristlenose catfish. Would I be overstocked if I was to add one. I know I am at my limit now. My filter is an Eheim 2217.
Thanks.

A BN would "poo" alot & you should stay up with your cleaning, but they do a very good job with Algae.

Oto's are smaller & they do an excellent job aswell.

Either otos or a BN would do a great job with algae. Otos like friends, so essentially with either choice you'd end up with approximately the same amount of waste. Keep up with tank maintenance and you should be fine.

Thanks for your replies everyone. I think I will go with a BN as I don't want my tank to look too overcrowded. I do weekly water changes so I think i will be OK.
