i dont know if this has been posted before but my corys sometimes go up to the surface and then come back down they do it once in a while was wondering if this is normal and if anyone else experinced it:88)

This is completely normal. Mine do it every once and awhile too... i forgot why they do it but i do know it's normal

Yeah, the cories go up to the surface, swallow some air, then rush back down to force the air into their intestines, where it is absorbed. My cories do it every once in a while. All cories do.

Plecos do it for bouancy - for when they latch onto the underside of rocks and plants
