You will be able to identify either your fish or one that looks very similar just by spending fifteen minutes browsing the Corydoras section. Failing that, just take a picture and post it up here. Neither of these options is difficult, and we aren't getting very far by guessing. And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."
