	bottom feeder for small tank?

I like the small size of the corys, but their size is offset by them needing company of their own kind. So... what kind of bottom feeder for a small tank? I've got 2 tanks ... both 5 gal, one with 2 platys and one with a single male betta. Thanks!

Bettas have been known to eat small shrimp such as ghost shrimp, and I'll bet that a platy could as well. Bumblebee gobies would also qualify. They are brackish fish though, and the other inhabitants of your tank are freshwater.
