could my bottom feeder ( i think he's one of those common cheap ones) be interested in eating fry of the other fish?

What kind is it? There are litterally thousands of different species of bottom feeders, belonging to many different families and orders.

Could you be a bit more descripive of your fish? Is it a cory, pleco, or some other catfish? Is it a loach?

I agree we need to know the species. I have heard of some bottom feeders eating slow moving fry. But in my experience, I have kept corydoras with guppy fry with no noticeable losses. Just be sure the bottom feeder is getting enough to eat.

If he is the common pleco from your other post he will not eat any of your fry. He only eats off of already dead fish which might be at the bottom of the tank.
