Are cories easy to breed?
I've tried for months now in a 90cm tank with a ph of 6.5
and hardess at 5 and the temperature is 27 degrees c.

What species is it?

Different species have different pH/hardness needs (some species come from acidic water while others from alkaline), and they also have different temperature needs.

Most species will not breed if the temperatures are above 75°F, and a large water change that makes the water 5-8°F cooler will often trigger spawning if the fish are properly conditioned.

Yeah, your temperature is probably the biggest problem here (depending on the species of your cory). 23 degrees would be much better for spawning, with water changes of somewhat cooler water.

I would start with C. aeneus (Bronze) or paleatus (Pepper). These are generally the hardiest, and also easiest to breed, IME. They tend to spawn in the winter months for me, usually after a large water change, with a slight drop in temp. A group of 6 is good, preferably with 2 males for every female. As with all breeding attempts, keep up water quality, feed some live foods, and minimize other fish in the tank to cut down on predation (everybody loves caviar! )
