Also, some fishes' diets change as they get older; I'm not sure how this is with plecos. My L182s never ate algae wafers for the first three months I had them, but now they are the first fish to go after them. judz Enthusiast Posts: 256 Kudos: 160 Votes: 5 Registered: 06-Jun-2005	the lfs fish manager is a huge pleco guy so we have been trying to id this fish for awhile now. i think its a l147 but he doesnt cause the l147 isnt meant to like alge as a main food but thats what he liked most when he feed them. (maybe due to all they got) but the native name is Villavo L number no one really knows but im glad the change of diet is normal
