I called the reasearchers breeding them using hormone injections and chatted about it. The problem with all this stuff on the internet is that about 80% of it is wrong in some shape, fashion, form, or way. Don't believe what you read on websites. Go pursue your own knowledge. Go to the aquatic society meetings, ask the stupid questions, get answers from the real experts. And in cases such as clowns where there is so darn much mystery surrounding it do your own research based off of scientific institutions, not some unexperienced hobbyist. Those are obviously bristlnose eggs to boot. Koi Empty chairs at empty tables, the room silent, forlorn.

There are aquatic societies in almost every single city in the United States which I see you are in. Some of the major societies can afford to bring in big names. The last great lecture I went to was with Scott Michael. He answered every single question asked no matter how minor. Even gave me stocking tips for my nano reef and sent me an article. Back in the game after 4 years out ..
