bettachris     Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 3875 Kudos: 4173 Votes: 452 Registered: 13-Jun-2004   | i was doing some reading(  ) and i read that flying foxes shouldn't be kept together. i was at my lfs on friday and i saw flying foxes housed together with no problems. where these fish mis labled? or can i get some as bottom fishes for my tank. |

If they were actually Flying Foxes (remember these species are often - almost always, in fact - mislabelled), then, yes, they ought to be bought singly. If they're SAEs, on the other hand, you would definitely want a group.
