a lfs is getting some yoyo loaches in wednesday night. ive wanted them forever. and would it be ok to get them wed night when they come in or thursday. or see if they could hold some and wait a week. i do have a 20g with 2 female bettas. that i could use a sort of a quarintine tank. but i dont want to use that cause of having to net them with there spines. and the stress of transfering them can anyone help

I would wait a day at least unless you think they are going to sell them all in one day. There is always a chance the store could lose some fish to stress when they first get them in. If it's a good store and you buy the healthiest loaches then 1 day should be good enough along with quarantine. I just use the net to chase mine into a little plastic cup and transfer that way between tanks.
