terranova   Fish Master Posts: 1984 Kudos: 1889 Votes: 229 Registered: 09-Jul-2003  | I do not have experience with the candy stripe plec, but I can give you some information that I read from planetcatfish.com "Candy Stripe Pleco, L015, Peckoltia vittata *Grows to be 4" *Likes a temperature between 22*C and 26*C *pH should be between 5.6-7 *likes rock piles and wood tangles *is not a big algae eater, will not damage plants if fed meaty foods *generally peaceful but can be a little territorial" For more information including sexing and breeding visit the Cat-eLog on http://www.planetcatfish.com Maybe someone with more experience with them will stop by.
