The patterning is not accurate when identifying the two species, and even experts have trouble discerning the two. Devon's corys are C. trilineatus, as C. julii is not imported comercially into the American market. ![]() I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash. |

As some others have said, it is because the spots are connected, where the Corydoras julii have completely separated spots. |
