The males get to be 4-6" and if it's on the larger size would probably be happier in a 30g but if you got a small one it would be okay for a long time anyway. The females get to be 4-5" on average. Here is a link to some pics.... http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/forums/Bottom%20Feeder%20Frenzy/53432.html?200501231637 Let us know what you decide! ![]() Edit: The albino version can be a nice colorful addition to your tank.... ![]() Last edited by ~jamie~ at 01-Feb-2005 13:32 |

However, we don't know whether you have room for more fish or not. What is currently in that tank? |

What's the filtration? Is it heated? Do you want to make it a species only tank? Do you want it to be an agressive/semi-agressive/peaceful tank? Do you want it to be a community, filled out on all 3 levels? There's so many things to suggest. ![]() Off the top of my head, I'd suggest dwarf cichlids like rams, or a dwarf gourami for some nice color. ![]() ABNs or regular BNs are great too, they are algae eaters and I personally think they're adorable. ![]() HTH, we can help more if you give us more info. ![]() -Formerly known as the Ferretfish ![]() |

If you are looking for something aggressive, that tends to hang around the bottom....then red tailed sharks might be a nice choice but I believe they get too big for a 20g. ![]() |
