fry![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Enthusiast Posts: 243 Kudos: 195 Votes: 3 Registered: 27-Jul-2004 ![]() ![]() | my two otos love to take long breaks just resting in all sorts of awkward positions (half upside-down, on the tip of a leaf, etc.). they seem to cling in place by their fins, not their mouthes. they also don't like the nice green algea patch i left them on the back wall. what's going on with them? just want to add that they're alert and vital at the time. respiration is normal, and they respond to their surroundings. they also look around, moving their eyes. |

My new ottos do that as well. They are nocturnal fish, so it makes sense that they're more active at night. I haven't stayed up all night to watch mine, but I'm sure they're doing plenty of things, watching the betta, eating, even hanging out with those hoodlum cories of mine! ![]() |
