Houston and I should definitely not be allowed to go window shopping at petstores or lfses. I wanted to add some more black neons to my 75g tank, and check out a petstore that I had never been to in Houston. Not much in the way of cories, but did have small butterfly plecos at $2.99 a piece. Bought three to place in various tanks. Heidi bought one also, along with 6 panda cories and four strebi cories. Then we went to our favorite lfs for a quick check. No black neons there, and not much in the way of cories either. ] But I was able to resist any other purchases. Heidi got a new canister filter. I'm sure she will be posting about her new purchases soon. Right now, she is rearranging her tanks for her new purchases.

Can we say Heidi and Leslie should stay far far far away from lfs's yes I would say no more, well until tomorrow:%)

Anyways what I expected to take 1.5-2 hrs to change out gravel and filtration system on a 29 ended up closer to 3.5 hrs there abouts:%)

I decided that if I was going to get the Panda Corries that I would have to change the filtration outand if I was going to do that then I might as well change the gravel as well

So now I've removed about 40# of what was an awesome idea uh 5 years ago:%) and has been annoying me for about a year now...So now it is the small sand blast stone...very smooth and nice in texture and size...the UGF in the 29 is also gone, since one of the uplift tubes kept popping out and it has been replaced with a Cascade 500. I began running it while removing the UGF in order to try and "capture" some of the bacteria if possible and to try and keep the water semi clear as I did water changes and additions...

When I left everyone looked thrilled with the new surroundings Dropped in some Hikari Algae Wafers, and the game was on

Guppies, BN, and Pandas all fighting for their share:%)

As for the Sterbai, they are swarming with the Tris, and Schwartzis, they think they are one and the sameheck I'm not gonna tell them any different

As for the Butterfly Pleco, he's somewhere in that 125where is anyone's guess i'm assuming he's attached hisself somewhere on the glass, and I'll see him in a couple of weeks 4x the size he was

Anyways I'll post pics tomorrow I hopehave to get some glass cleaner the tanks are filthy
