First I posted about my nervous cories]http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/forums/Bottom%20Feeder%20Frenzy/59049.html?200505070957[/link]. After taking back the mean mystery cichlid I resuced the two still unidentified [link=mystery cories. Then over the weekend we were at yet another lfs and I bought two C. bilineatus

I've been trying to get pictures but these two are very, very active; they had no problems settling in at all! I put the bubble wall back in yesterday and it's already getting a lot of use

So now I have:

5 trilineatus
1 panda
2 ?
2 bilineatus

I'd forgotten how much fun cories can be

The more Corydoras the merrier & once they'll get used to the tank, you'll have alot of fun watching them.

As far as one of the few fish that can truly brighten even one of the worst days, that would be my corries...I mean what else looks like a little puppy wagging it's tail? What else will come when it's supper time and beg? And did I mention when they play "How many corries can we cram in a coconut shell?" And the bubble wall hysterics are always great...not too mention when you suddenly notice that you have fry I hope you enjoy them Theresa as much as I do mine

Nobody can explain it
Some say she's still alive
They even claim they've seen her
On the shoreline late at night
So if you go down by the water
You'll see her footprints in the sand
'Cause every night she walks the beaches of Cheyenne

I have noticed a lot of affection for corries. Who would have thought a bottom feeder could be so loved?! Should I get rid of my plecos and add them instead?

Good luck with all yours!

Oh me too In other tanks I have queens, kuhlis, and yoyos.

Should I get rid of my plecos and add them instead?

If you have the room keep both

Bottom feeders are definitely my favorite fish. My dream tank would be something custom made...very long and low so I could stock it with bunches of cories, loaches, and plecs /:'

They're very active, much more than any other cories I've kept. Is that common with bilineatus?
