If the otos, then how many? |

It depends. What's the rest of the stock, a few ottos will remain smaller (IMO anyway) than 1 bn....also ottos are cuter ![]() ![]() ![]() However ottos can be somewhat delicate, here is a great post about them that you should really read before getting any. ^_^ ![]() |

The problem for the ottos is that I have no live plants. I would rather keep ottos than a bn, because I want to eventually have mostly schools of fish. I just started up fairly recently. |

What are your average water perameters (inc. PH)? ------------------------------------------------- I like to think that whoever designed marine life was thinking of it as basically an entertainment medium. That would explain some of the things down there, some of the unearthly biological contraptions |

I don't think I'd get either just yet, but concentrate on building up the school of cories, and gold barbs. When the angel moves up or out, reassess and take a look at the oto or BN question then. |

I was thinking about moving the barb and angel. The angel came with my tank, and the barb had some companions that I no longer have. |

Their cleaning skills are helpful, too. From all the input I've recieved, I would say I'm leaning towards ottos. |
