For a number of reasons I'm seriously considering consolidating two of my smaller tanks into one larger when we move.

I lost one of my panda cories today, leaving me with two (I originally had six, these had been living as a trio for quite some time).

I don't want to increase their number, but I don't want to get rid of them either. Would it be ok to house them with my six pygmy cories? I can leave them as a pair if this would cause problems for either species.

They'd be fine together. Cories are known to be very peaceful. In fact, it'll be better for the pandas because they'll at least have other cories to play with.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.
