The Endler's tank is moderately planted but I've noticed most newborn fry hang out near the bottom which concerns me. The tank they moved from now has 4 pygmy cories (that was all the lfs had at the time). They are very, very small...would they eat Endler's fry? Any suggestions, or am I at a hope-for-the-best point right now? ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

If not, then they are probably okay, just so long as they can move around a bit. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash. |

I think I'm going to let things stay the way they are right now. I really don't want to stress out either group of cories by moving again. I recently added more plants to the tank as well as a piece of driftwood with lots of holes & hiding places; hopefully the fry will be smart enough to take advantage of those things. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

If they were layin in the middle of their food then maybe but not on purpose. It's not to say they wouldn't but I have never experienced it personally. I still don't take the chance if I care about the fry surviving. |

If you look in my "Panda Surprises" topic in Bottom Feeder Frenzy, you'll discover just how good some fry are at escaping being eaten. Hopefully, this little guy's luck will hold out ![]() ![]() |
