I have kept both. Their morphology is quite similar. L066 grow slightly large--to 5"+, while considerable L260 growth halts at about 4". Neither is particularly aggressive towards conspecifics, and are primarily carnivorous, though the ocassional vegetable may be accepted. Water turnover should be high, water temperature at around 84. Caves with a dark interior are preferred-tightly fitting as well. Soft water is preferred but by no means required. Breeding is not as difficult as say, panaque and ancistrinae(incidentally, I recently realized after taking a look at some photos that a spawning specimen of what I had assumed was P maccus was actually a peckoltia species), but a solid basis of loricariid spawning experience is recommended; ancistrus species are a good start. So long as the above conditions are met, breeding should occur fairly naturally. Once the first spawn is "triggered", consequent spawnings should be easy to induce. The fry are sensitive---moreso than other lorcariid species and it is recommended that they be moved to a separate raising tank (I came to this conclusion the hard way; in my first completely fertile spawn, not one fry survived the first two weeks).
