	sargent major loach?
Azrael_Darkness Fish Addict Posts: 547 Kudos: 420 Votes: 8 Registered: 26-Oct-2004	i seen in a petsmart they had one sargeant major loach in their "discontinued" tank. Is this the same as a yoyo loach? if not does anyone know how big it gets if its not a yoyo?

They get about 2-3 inches long. From what I read, they appear to be sensitive to chemicals and medications. It's recommended they be kept in groups of 5 or more. O Tempora O Mores

Bignose Hobbyist Posts: 110 Kudos: 81 Registered: 28-Jun-2004	They are incredibly accomplished snailers too -- I bought 5 over a month ago and they completely destroyed the 20 or so snails I had in less than 2 days. Otherwise, they seem like very good fish, and in my menagerie community of tetras and corys, I like that they do not get too big.
