At this point, it may be too big for them.

Sometimes it takes them awhile but I've yet to see a loach fail to eat a snail. I've heard of clowns eating the big baseball size applesnails by breaking a hole in the door. My yoyos will harass the applesnails until they starve to death or the loaches manage to nip off enough pieces to kill the snail. With well fed loaches it might take them a few weeks to notice and start picking on the snail but when they do chances are they won't leave it alone till it's gone.

the snail is hiding right now (I hope) or it got eaten. I cant tell cuz of the angle, but i dont want to stick my hand in the tank, cuz i have been working on my car all day, and i have gas and crap all over them.

I dont think the snail is too big for the clowns, as i have an assortment of sizes. I want to put it in my dads tank, but my friend gave it to me, and i dont want it to have a disease, and kill my dads fish (Alot of them are pretty old)

fake edit** I just moved the snail, and it has its "trap door" closed, but the snail is like out a little bit (but it isnt moving) is it dead???

I don't think they'll eat Apple Snails. They are too big for them.

Clowns have eaten applesnails bigger than themselves. They just aren't interested yet. There are very few diseases snails can pass on to fish and those are uncommon. I wouldn't worry about it.
