sun cats | |
michelsa Hobbyist Posts: 77 Kudos: 57 Votes: 12 Registered: 12-Mar-2005 | I have two yellowish brown catfish that i bought at the lfs. They told me they were called sun cats, but i can't find any information about them. They do not stay together like schoolers and all they want to do is hide. I am assuming that they are nocturnal b/c when i turn on the lights and catch them out, they swim off to their caves. Anyone got any info on them? Appreciate it! chelle |

Yes, Sun Cats are big (45 cm), predatory, and NOT to be trusted with anything they can swallow, which means their fellow aquarium companions will have to be large - Oscars and similarly sized big Cichlids for example! |
