Normally, cichlid pellets or flakes are sufficient, with some live food thrown in every couple of days. If you want to get really fancy, you can feed mostly live foods of different types. Rams will eat most things that fit in their tiny mouths, so you don't have to worry about getting something they'll like. ![]() |

The only thing with most cichlid pellets is that they are often too large for a ram's small mouth to grab it! Try the smallest kind you can find, or go with flakes. They are much easier for a ram to swallow. |
