I was thinking a cannister filter with some help from either sponge filters or internal Power filters. What sort of current will Discus put up with? Thanks for all your help. |

I would strongly consider a wet-dry for the tank and a HOB (Hang on the Back) if the aquarium will have substrate or plants. Wet-dry wil;l do a great job and the HOB gives you good back-up filtration. Using a spray bar on the cannister or wet/dry discharge will moderate extreme excess current considerations and you can direct the spary toward the back wall of the tank to create a back to foward current that should help in vacuuming the tank. __________ "To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research." researched from Steven Wright |
