Awaiting pics Jaquie ... and good luck with your forthcoming Discus fry - if they need the same looking after as my Panda Corys, you should have some fun moments

What sort of Discus do you have Jacquie? Post pics soon!

I recently saw some GORGEOUS lavender ones in a local branch of Maidenhead Aquatics ... shimmering metallic lavender! And, not bad at 50 UK each for 5 inch adults ... makes me wish I could afford to keep Discus

Thanks Trace. Both my females laid eggs last night and the males ate them!! Hopefully they will get it right soon. I have one pair in the bedroom and the other in the living room.

couldn't do that Neil as the filter and heater are in a fixed unite stuck to the top of the tank. Trigon do that with there tanks. Anyway I have bought a breeding tank, cone and sponge filter.
Hopefully it wont be long before they do it again. I took a couple of photo's but they came out too dark.

My wrigglers are now swimming but arn't getting to grips with the latching on thing. Iv'e switched off the filter to see if that helps.
I was caught unaware with this pair, at least I know for sure they can get it right. Next time I'll have them in a smaller tank

Hi everyone
My wrigglers are vanishing Mum is eating them. At first I thought she was putting them further up the filter as they got more frisky. Then I thought she was eating the week ones, now it looks like she's just picking them off. There are only about 20 left. Mind you even if these survive I'll be happy. Doesn't look good though. I'm going to try to take a photo in a while. (before they all dissapear)
