I have a pair of oscars at 3" I never expected them to pair up but they never leave each others side. When i turn the light on there in the same clay pot sleeping. Pair up at 3" is that possible?

Sure, a lot of small oscars do this.
Not breeding behaviour though. I think at that size they follow each other for food more than anything.

Ah makes sense. I bought the tiger oscar at about 1.5" and the albino at about 2.5" the tiger is now a bit larger and thicker then the albino. Never kept oscars and im not sure why i love this fish.

Hi,
As a former Ocsar owner... believe me, you will soon
discover why you love those fish. They become pets...
and "Pests."
