I've just found this - Jewels Of The Rift, a programme about Tanganyikan Rift Lake Cichlids (among other wildlife gems). Concentrating principally on the Rift Lake Cichlids, it also features Cuckoo Catfish (Synodontis polli and company), Puffer Fishes (looks like Tetraodon miurus tome, though it could also be Tetraodon mbu on the basis of appearance alone - anyone care to identify it?) and Malapterurus electricus, the Electric Catfish.

Full series as follows:

Part One
Part Two
Part Three
Part Four
Part Five
Part Six
Part Seven

Among the fishes featured that I can identify are:

Boulengerochromis microlepis
Possible Cyathophyarynx foai (or is it Ophthalmotilapia ventralis ???)
Altolamprologus calvus
Tropheus sp. 'ikola'
Possible Eretmodus cyanostictus
Neolamprologus multifasciatus
Neolamprologus kungweensis
Plecodus straeleni (scale eating mimic of Cyphotilapia frontosa)
Bathybates ferox
Possible Enantiopus melanogenys

and doubtless there are several others that the Cichlid specialists here will pick out with ease.

Enjoy!

EDIT: Part 7 was originally included but didn't appear because I messed up the tags

If I ever decide to do a total rebuild that is the way I would go I have always loved the beautiful colours of those fish also there behaviour. Way way back best part of 55 years ago a friend of mine had a lot of similar fish.

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info
