I am setting up my 180 gallon tank with discus as my wife has requested them. Currently in the tank I have:

1 Discus
2 Blue Rams
9 Cories
3 sucking catfish (ottos)
1 BGK
3 Black Widow Tetras
9 Neon Tetras
10 Buenos Aires Tetra.

I plan on adding another 5 or 6 Discus and completing the school of Black Widows.

What I want to know is what other small fish can I add to this tank?

Some that I like are:
Black Neons
Red Phantom Tetras
Bleeding Heart Tetras
Rummynose Tetras

So what would you add to this tank, would you increase the sizes of the current schools? Are there other types of fish you would add that aren't listed. I'm willing to accept any suggestions so post how you would stock it but don't remove anything that's already in there as that's not an option.

Thanks in advance.

For me, i personally like the thought of a large school of bleeding hearts. These are great schooling fish and would look good in any tank that size. The question is how many do you want. They aren't very expensive so it's up to you. Eight or ten i would say.

What types of discus do you have in there right now?

I'm not really big on keeping much other than bottom dwellers with discus...but if I had to pick from the shishies you said, I'd go with rummmies.

Silver Dollars and Discus??

I don't think the discus would like the Dollars skittish behaviour.

In my 80 gal tank, I have 10 discus, 10 Cardinal tetras and 10 rummy nose tetras, a BGK, 3 black widows and 5 cory cats. What I am trying to say is that the cardinal and rummy nose look awesome in the tank. With a tank your size, you could easily put 20 rummy and 20 cardinal and it would look great!

By now you should have the new discus. How are they doing?
