SA dwarf cichlid | |
coop Enthusiast Posts: 168 Kudos: 60 Votes: 2 Registered: 25-Jan-2006 | im looking for a dwarf cichlid from south america to put in my 55G planted tank. i have 1x BN 2x german blue rams 2x pearl gouramis 9x glolight tetras 9X black neon tetras 3X peru zebra angels i may also add sum marbled hatchets or bulk up the schools i was thinking maybe dwarf flag acara, lyretail chekerboards or maybe even spade tail checker boards if i can get them. |

Another option would be either N. anomola (gold eyed cichlid - the males are stunning) or L. curviceps (again, dull in the stores, but some strains really color up nicely). Eric |

I azbsolutely lo9ve my A. trifasciatata. They are so pretty!! Though they may not be as colorful in stores they are bright once you get them home for a few weeks. I have had one for about a year now and she has striking colors.
