How long has this tank been up and running? IME with bolivians, they are every hardy. Lord knows mine have put up with a lot of newb mistakes, and are still kicking. |

Do you have Plants in your tank?. You need to add some more Corydoras to make them school. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/album?.dir=b5f2 http://www.deathbydyeing.org/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |

Most are too aggressive, and too large, and too aggressive. Not to mention, if you got that school of cories filled out. Plus got some Bolivians that lived. You would really be pushing that tankt to the max. I'm wondering if you got them from the same store. Could be they have a bad supplier. I'm also wondering what you have for filtration. The rate of die off suggests that they might have been overloading your filter. They are hardy but ammonia will kill them. wait a few weeks, then add 1 "count" 1 Bolivian from a dif source, and see how it goes. ![]() HTH Last edited by Shannen at 02-Mar-2005 21:35 |

The reason I bought then was because of how easy they are to keep, even in my tank with the other large fish. I suggest take a sample of your tank water to the Aqu where you purchased them and explain what has happened. Dont buy any more until you get some very good reasons why it is all happening Keith ![]() ![]() Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do. I VOTE DO YOU if not WHY NOT? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
