I don't know for a fact how proven those foods are to be affective, and I'm sure that most cichlids, being the pigs they are, will go for anything, but if you have the option to buy it, go for the cichlid formula. ![]() -Formerly known as the Ferretfish ![]() |

There is no reason that a good and varied diet will not do the same thing. You stated "seem to have similar ingrediants" that sums it up similar is totally different to the same as.
