I'd say the main problem is that it's two males. It'd be tough adding two good-size males into a colony or adding a colony in around them later, and you can't keep them alone, not just because they'll want a larger group but because two males alone will go after each other.

If the picture that is displayed is one of the fish you would be buying I would turn it down. It have a caved underbelly which tells me it is not of good breeding background. Many frontosas are like this here in Aus because imports were stopped some 10 years ago and alot of these fish have this appearance now because they have been bred with closely related fish. I would keep looking til you find a better quality fish to buy.

I also agree that you would have problems with two males. At that size they are bordering on maturity and one will become dominant and not tolerate the other.

If your looking for cheap quality frontosa, try www.frontosa.com in the classified section. Alot of breeders will ship and theres usually a wide variety.
