I had 4 african cichlids, I woke up on morning and I had 3. I can't find any remains or signs of the missing fish. They were well fed, I also have 2 blue rams that are about 1/4 the size of the other fish the missing fish was same size as the other 3 big fish, could they have consumed him totally over night?

Make sure that it didn't jump out of the tank.

the tank size is 75 gallons, there are 2 blue rams about 3 inches, 4 african cichlids assorted they are about 6-8 inches

an update the missing fish turned up tonight, apparently there is a hiding place that I can not see and he has been hiding there, he is still alive but very very thin. One of my cichlids chases and bullies it everytime it comes out, all the cichlids are about the same size, and they leave the rams alone
should I leave the bullied fish in there and may be add some food after I turn the lights off?
thanks
