will this happen,

tilipia, eat large animal "poo" well acordinged to the animal plant show, so will the tipilia Buttikoferi Cichlid i ahve no idea wow to spell it, anywawy will it eat fish poo,

i think this is the fish, it looks darker than the one in the pic, but it has a tilipia in the name, but i am not sure about the buttikoferi, or is this a completely different fish,

o wait, maybe this is a bad idea, b/c after looking at it, it will grow large and mean, is there a fish that is small and will eat poo, b/c the filter in my eplices tank isn't cutting it.

there is absolutely NOTHING in this world that uses urine and stools as a food source... NOTHING.

whoever told you otherwise needs to get their facts straight.

It was eating the poo because of the high amount of vegetative matter in the crap...

Uhh, Hex? Let us not forget our friends the flies, seems that they will use excretia for laying eggs and nurturing their larvae.

In tilapia farming it is an accepted practice to feed with manure produced by farm animals. This is not the same as saying they eat "poop", such as their own wastes. In that respect, no they wont eat it.

Well hey do you use a gravel vac? Once a week use a gravel vac when you do your water changes and there wont be a problem anymore. I mean your bio filter should break down most of your waste but a gravel vac will suck up any extra.
