-Giant danios
-tiger barbs
-any loach
-rainbow or red fin shark
-any catfish

If you are getting a breeding pair of convicts then I'd have an emergency removal tank for the others because all those fish listed will have trouble surviving once convicts reach maturity.
Catfish I would be cautious about selection as most are bottom dwellers and could appear to be a threat to any breeding attempts to the cons.

Depends on how many convicts you have. I have one, it's lived with giant danios, Odessa barbs, a BN, and cories with no problems.

I'd be concerned though if you have a pair and they breed.

well what bout a glass cat fish cus they are middle water fish. so your saying that i couldnt have giant danios or Tiger barbs with my convicts? what bout a skunk loach or something of that sort?

just saying its could get ugly. convicts are pretty mean alone without a mate, when they are breeding they get real nasty. they kill oscars when breeding so they could make some easy work of some of those fish you mentioned.
