This is a bad picture, but i tried to single out my white cloud that has been getting very big in the lower area... i was wondering, is it deseased? is it pregnant? is it overfed? whats wrong with it?

The pic is a bit blurry to tell but my female white clouds are huge compared to the males. They are much bigger and very very fat while the males look almost starved compared to them.
