ok i was wondering i have a 29 with these fish.
6 Bs tetras
4 Bronze cories
3 otos
Would a RTBS be too aggresive or territorial for the cories and the otos?

Probably, not to mention a RTBS will get too big for a 29 anyway.

When they are small they are active BUT as they bigger and older they comand the tank no matter what else is there.
I also agree you tank is way to small. My big RTBS took over a 5ft tank and every fish knew who was boss especially at feeding time.

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info

Maybe a butterfly fish? They're medium- to large-sized, and hang out near the surface, different from most of your fish.
