One of my cherry Barbs passed away a couple weeks ago. I went out to buy a new one and it was a male. I found out by my lfs that i had two females already. So I transfered the male today and right away the females started forcing him to mate!!!!!! Wow I never saw nothing like that. Onece they spotted him out the kept dancing around him lol

yes the males are the dark red onces and the females are the lighter pale pinkish/off white onces...... Unfontionatley this male i brought was sick and had ick after treatments it wipe out all my cherries.........Moment of silince.......

Sorry about that. I would encourage you not to give up one cherries as they are great fish and the males really have some nice color. GL with your next fish.
