Dragon Goby Substrate | |
monkeyboy Fish Addict Posts: 521 Kudos: 375 Votes: 223 Registered: 10-Apr-2005 | first off, yes yes i know about all the links from google and yahoo and dont want them again because I havent found this there. so this is to those who can actaully answer it. but what is the best substrate for dragon gobys? i'm setting up a 40g tank, going to put egg crate on the bottom, because instead of plants and caves, i'm putting in a number of large stones. and was thinking about using either small gravel or sand to fill the egg crate in and just barely cover it. and i'm not worried about sand with the filters. already planning around that. Are you going to be putting anything else in the tank because that could be a very cool brackish oddball aquarium. BTW from what I have read and seen they should be happy with sand. I'd like to see this tank when its set up so post pics |
