hola everyone. im very interested in buying some angelfish for my tank. currently i have two pangasius catfish which i am giving to a friend who has a more compatible tank for them, 9 zebra danios, 3 white skirt tetras and 3 dalmation mollys. my mollys are semi agressive and like to chase, and i know angelfish are generally timid, has anyone ever had problems with there mollys bullying other fish? more specifically angelfish? all help appreciated thank you!

Hey, welcome to FishProfiles.com!

I've never had Mollies, but I have had Angelfish. It was a star representative of the community and didn't bother anyone while adding an air of intelligence to the mindlessness that many other fish have. Angelfish will consume fry, though, if you're worried about that. The other issue, though, is that Angels do grow larger than the rest of your fish and require a larger aquarium. If your tank is not large enough it may not be a good idea to get an Angelfish at all.

Before everyone jumps on the bandwagon, Pangasius catfish get huge, and a more compatible tank in the long run is something along the lines of a dechlorinated swimming pool; in a tank too small they quickly rub their noses raw as they swim against the side of their container. I guess they're not really too much of your concern anymore, though.
