They do not function well with less they need the numbers to feel safe as said earlier they are a very nervous fish and need lots of room and space as well as a few hiding places or they become very with drawn and their health would then suffer. They also can grow up to a dinner plate size so imagine having 6 dinner plate swimming around in your tank. Have you thought about 6 disc tetra they still grow to about 4 and a half inches but at least half that of the dollars if not less. http://www.greenspersonalprinting.com/ |
