i have a green alge bloom in my 55 and 20 gallon tank amd the medican that i have does not work. wat should i do. i need help on the tanks.

Do you mean green water algae or something else? Can you describe it? There are different types of algae that is green. Is it spots or fuzzy like?

What type of medicine are you using? There aren't many kinds that I can think of that do a good job of getting rid of algae. You need to ID it first and then find out what is causing it. Treating the algae doesn't do any good if you don't fix the problem.

Look at this thread first. DONT use any chemicals yes they kill algae then the fish eat the poisoned algae and it can/will kill them.
