Ok, im my tank, theres spots on the tank, and water "rundowns" I have tried cleaning them with windex, and i just tried lemon pledge (it worked a little) but it still isnt coming off... what can I use?

We dont have it, but would CLR work? Im not sure if it is hard water or what, but this stuff 'aint commin' off!

Thanks!

Try a razor blade...I've had something similar on the liberated tank, what I did was use some warm water and viniger on a paper towel and soaked it for awhile, then went @it with a razor blade.
HTH a bit .

I have yet to find anything I can't get off the glass with Tea Tree Oil, available at the Walmart Pharmacy. 1 oz. in 32 oz. of water in a spray bottle.

I just had the same problem. It took me about an hour using Metho and soft tissues as I did not want to scratch the glass.
If it is white it could be calcium, & CLR would work
Mine was just splashing and a few spots of plant fert.

Once a water stain penetrates glass it is imposible to remove. I did say (Penetrates.)
