I have tried a couple of times and they are loved, much easier than peas as they are larger and cook up softer. Also with a little care you can drop the skinned bean in whole and it drops to the bottom quickly, food for you cories. Which is good if you have up voracious eaters, like my rainbows. |

I'm sure that others will chime in with other vegetables. Frank -->>> The Confidence of Amateurs, is the Envy of Professionals <<<-- |

Probably the fact that most people hate them and dont keep them around the house. It is more than fine to feed your fish lima beans. FRANK- after you have blanched the pea, it will be soft. Just give it a squeeze and the mushy stuff comes out leaving the shell behind. |

CucumberSlices Banned Posts: 63 Registered: 11-Jul-2007 | lima beans seem to be readly excepted by most bottom feeders. Veggie List It says its a list for pleco, but im sure that other bottom feeders will readly eat most of the things on the list. |

My CL's love them fresh. As for peas I buy the canned ones and take a few out of the can when I make them for dinner, And all of the fish love them. I'll have to check out that list and see what else is good. mts.gif" border="0"> I vote do you? My Tanks at Photobucket |

Supposedly the quality of babyfood is top tier - so would probably be very good for the fish... Would that even work? :j |
