I have an empty 10 gal that I can use for culturing. I wanted to know the easiest live food that requires the least maintience, and has a high yeild, that also has a low chance of parasites, and won't gross me out(rotifers.. ewww). Any help is greatly appreciated, Sundewd |

The type of fish could effect what type of live food to try to grow. I've raised snails, brine shrimp and ghost shrimp. Ghosts and snails are the easiest of the three. Brine shrimp aren't that hard, but I've never tried to raise them past the baby stage, they've always been baby fish food Last edited by puffer_archer at 03-Nov-2004 23:27 |

You can keep the 10 gallon as a quarantine tank! __________ "To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research." researched from Steven Wright |

If it's still warm, all you need to do is to set out some still water and wait for flies to lay their eggs in it. |
