	Might be an odd question....
tyler9999 Hobbyist Posts: 51 Kudos: 22 Votes: 1 Registered: 17-Oct-2007	I was in one of the LFS and in some of thier display tanks they have a background that is made to look like a flat rock wall or the inside of a cave. It perked my interest and so I inquired. None of the staff on at the time knew what it was made of. I did get my hands on one piece that was out of the water in one tank and it felt like a concrete mix or something like that. Does anyone know what it is and if it is readily available and reasonably priced?

tyler9999 Hobbyist Posts: 51 Kudos: 22 Votes: 1 Registered: 17-Oct-2007	Ok, they use foam as a base. The concrete mix is what I am interested in. I would guess that it does'nt have a whole lotto lime in it. Is it an aquatic specific concrete mix? If so where would I begin to look?

keithgh Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 6371 Kudos: 6918 Votes: 1542 Registered: 26-Apr-2003	I have seen several types over the years at LFS some "appear" to be a thin fibre glass shape/s then sprayed with a coloured sand and paint mix. Some are thick "like" a styrene base, they are extremely light they are also sprayed with a coloured sand and paint mix. All the ones I have seen seem to be made from molds.
