What is the Dead On Arrival (DOA) policy? Do they ship with 48hr heat packs? Is this extra? What happens if the advertised species is not what arrives? What happens if the fish arrives sick but not dead? |

Try talking to your LFS and seeing if they can order in the fish for you. I think that buying online is a good idea because of the variety of fish being offered. As for quality, just check out the big stores who wouldn't want to tarnish their reputation. |
