What is the male:female ration for the platies? Should probably be 1M:2 or more F. Same for the mollies.

If you have a mix of M&F with your live bearears I think you will be at capacity vey soon.

Also what type of filtration are you running?

because if there are more males or equal males to females will fight/be protective of the females, as well as chasing the females around constantly trying to breed. With more females it spreads the agression around.

Yup, it looks like you have plenty of room in there. First off though, I'd suggest adding at least two more of each loach species. They should be kept in groups of at least three, and the more you have, the happier and more active they are.

What kind of fish are you looking for? You have a lot of options there. Looking through your list though, I don't really see any surface dwellers. You could add a pair of smaller gouramis to your tank.

Your options depend on what you like. Head on down to your lfs, and see what kinds of fish interest you.

The Platy ratio is 3 females to 1 male. The molly ratio was supposed to be 3 males (since i heard they were better at eating algae some where) but ended up with a 2 male to 1 female ratio.

Ive been looking for 2 more of the loaches for each but cant come to find either. I found some kuhli loaches but thre way to small for my tank.

The Gouramis arent good since they have the long fin and serpaes would more than likey bother it.

Im running an Aqua Clear 300.

Im looking for possibly another schooling surface dweller or another group of fish that could stand out in this tank.

Also possibly a group of fish that eats hair algae.

Im thinking coreys ,but there a last resort since i want to fill the uper portion of the tank since i have enough bottom dwellers for the time being. But their defeintely a consideration.

Im hoping for a medium sized fish that can be in schools or groups. Im up for any more ideas though.
