All round I know bloodworms, micro worms are. What else is there. I have coldwater and soon tropicals.

They say fishes are dumb, because humans need to be smarter in keeping the fishes alive.

I only use frozen Blood worms and frozen Shrimp three times a week. I have noticed at several of the LFS lately there always seems a bigger range of frozen foods that there were previously available.

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info

really its hard for us to say,the best option i think,is to try them on your fish, buy a few different types, theres heaps to choose from, meal worms, earth worms, woodies, crikets, feeder fish(i rekomend to breed you own feeders,or put them in a qt tank for 2 weeks to clean them out feeding them good foods)even pinkies(baby mice) when your fish get real big,so thers some to choose from! now when you feed them to your fish, watch them closley, they will soon tell you what foods they like or hate or love!just make sure that when doing this,if any foods arent liked ,be sure to net them out,you dont want live foods rotting away in your tank...hope this helps..
